Bay Area litigation counsel since 2011
Representing Bay Area clients, principally in Santa Clara County and San Mateo County, in contested trust, estate, probate, fiduciary, financial elder abuse, conservatorship, and civil matters.
Practice areas
Representation for fiduciaries, beneficiaries, and contestants in will and trust contests, accounting disputes, probate petitions, conservatorship matters, and related fiduciary litigation.
Help with suspected exploitation, contested transfers, fiduciary duties, and claims affecting vulnerable adults and their estates.
Counsel for civil disputes that need disciplined assessment, negotiation, motion practice, trial preparation, or a sensible path to settlement.
Approach
Every case has pressure points: family dynamics, fiduciary obligations, financial records, court deadlines, settlement leverage, and the cost of delay.
The work is to find those points early, use the right procedural tools, and keep the matter moving toward a result that is durable, not merely dramatic.
